How to Sleep like a Baby with Bedgear

Getting enough sleep these days is almost next to impossible with a six month old baby. I’m lucky if I get more than 3 hours of uninterrupted sleep. I need all the help I can get to “power” sleep in those three hours. I had no idea that your pillow could make all the difference. Today I’ll be talking about my experience with Bedgear and how I got fitted for the best pillow of my life.
Do you wake up in the middle of the night several times? Only to find an achy neck and horrible sleep. If you answered yes, then you know there's got to be a problem with your pillow. For years, I brushed it off and was too lazy to do anything about it. Being contacted by Bedgear to try out their pillows was the best thing that ever happened to my sleep and sanity. Not only was I waking up with either a headache or neck ache, I was sleep deprived from my newborn. Something had to give!
Recently, I've been sleeping on their latest product, the Thunder 1.0 Performance Pillow. If you go to their site, it can get a little intimidating because they have quite a number of product. My experience was a little easier because I was set up with a product specialist at a local furniture store (Mor Furniture). She asked if I were a back, side or stomach sleeper. I said that I primarily slept on my side but lately on my back. She recommended I try the Thunder 1.0 Performance Pillow. She had me lay down on the pillow lying on my back. She asked me to make sure that my shoulders were not on the pillow. That little adjustment made it feel much better. She then asked me to try laying on my side. JACKPOT! It felt like heaven. She even gave me pointers on where to rest the pillow and where my hand should go. Who knew?!
The Thunder 1.0 Performance Pillow, like most products at Bedgear, is made of Ver-Tex® 6.0 Climate Control Fabric which provides a cool to touch feeling and continuous heat deflection, regulating your body temperature for a cooler nights rest. This feature has been a game changer for me in Phoenix since it gets so hot in the summer. I'm also feeling a difference in my injured shoulder. It used to bother me daily but after using this pillow, I rarely feel the pain and I wake up feeling rested.
Overall, I think this pillow would be a good investment for a GREAT night sleep. Sleep improves your overall health and performance so WHY NOT invest in it. It will seriously change your life and happiness is key. Now if I can only get baby to sleep through the night, wish me luck!
