A Day Date with the 2019 Toyota Avalon

The Toyota Avalon was not on my radar until a few weeks ago. I was able to test drive this beautiful car for a week and I can’t stop thinking about it. There are so many great features to talk about so read on for a full review.

Interior Features

If comfort is important to you, the Avalon is ultra comfortable. The lush leather seats are buttery soft and the cabin is super roomy. I didn’t feel closed in. We placed our little ones car seat in the back and had plenty of room to fit two other passengers. I was super impressed with the trunk space. Zoe had her first birthday party so we had to haul tables and chairs. It fit a fold up table and 10 folded chairs. I was most impressed with the stereo system. Most stock stereos are lackluster but the Avalon comes with the JBL system including 14 speakers a subwoofer and 1200W amplifier. During my long computes, it was a great way to tune out the traffic and relax in the sounds. Another feature I quite liked is the Apple Carplay. If you have an iPhone, it's IOS for your dashboard. It makes it safer and easier to use the features of your phone at the touch of a button.

Exterior

The Toyota Avalon exterior is gorgeous and sleek. I caught many people eyeing the front chrome grille. The LED headlights and tailights give the exterior a unique and clean look. The 19-in. black-painted machined-finish alloy wheels with P235/40R19 tires also give it a sports look and pleasing to the eye.

How does it drive?

My personal cars are economical and to be honest have absolutely no PICK UP. The 2019 Toyota Avalon has great pick up without feeling like you have to "step" on the gas. The ride is smooth and the handling was amazing. My baby had some great naps in her car seat with no interruptions.

I would definitely recommend this vehicle if you have a small family and you live in a busy city. The hubby and I took it out for a day date to the Phoenix Art Museum and lunch at Forno 301. We were in heaven. It's also the perfect vehicle to commute in a hustle and bustle kind of lifestyle.
