Crown Braids and Embroidery

It's a rarity to see me in denim. I'm not comfortable in them, especially during this pregnancy and Phoenix's 93 degree fall weather. But I hit the jackpot with these comfy jeans from Ingrid & Isabel. I highly recommend them for fellow preggos out there. I went outside my comfort zone with this off shoulder embroidered top. I usually like a more simple style but all the elements of this top came together nicely. The pop of red in the embroidery gives the top some flare and the ruffled sleeve a pièce de ré·sis·tance.
I wanted to give you guys something different with my hairstyle and a crown braid fit the bill. It was quite an easy hairdo thanks to my fave hairstyle youtuber, Kayley Melissa. I follow her tutorials step by step and they manage to come out ok. Have you tried a youtube hair tutorial before?
