Leota Dress - Day to Night

Fun, flirty and comfortable are my words to describe this amazing Leota dress. Before this collaboration, I had not heard of their product. I fell in love with how they create their clothing. All of their art and designs on their clothing are hand-painted. How cool is that? It's definitely my new uniform for work because the compliments kept pouring in. It also fuels my love for this seasons dark floral trend. I think it's also the perfect day to night dress. During the day, I pair it with some cute bow flats and a simple necklace. For night, I paired it with some edgy items such as leather jacket, fringe clutch and studded booties. I'm ready to meet the girls for some dinner and drinks (mocktails for me of course). P.S. This dress is non-maternity so I simply sized up and the fit was perfect.
Speaking of maternity, I have 7 weeks left until my due date. I am feeling nervous, anxious and downright antsy. She is running out of space in there and I can now feel almost every twist and turn. It's quite uncomfortable, especially when you're in public and you just can't hide the pain. I get when mother's say that the first and last semester are the toughest. I'm now at the point where I want her out and I can't wait to meet her. But of course my goal is to deliver a healthy baby. I am no longer buying any maternity clothes, even though all the new cute sweaters and fall denim are calling my name. I've heard that once she comes and I'm on leave, I will practically live in nursing tops and yoga pants all day every day. I must refrain but it's so hard!
I hope you liked this day to night look! Stay tuned for another gingham look later this week.
