Zona Med Spa Experience

If there's two things I focus on the most in self care, it's skin care and relaxing! I try to visit a spa at least once a month and get a facial. It has become a necessity and a chance for me to completely relax for an hour. So naturally when Zona Med Spa contacted me to try out there service, I said sign me up! Zona Med Spa services include facials, injections and laser. They are conventionally located in North Scottsdale. They offer a long list of facial services found here. When I made my appointment, I let them know that I was pregnant and they immediately offered me the best option which was a customized facial.

The Zona Med Spa Facial Experience

I used the option of booking the service over the phone but you can also book a service online. My aesthetician's name was Chelsea. She greeted me immediately upon arrival and then excused herself to set up the room while I filled out paperwork. When we spoke on the phone, I let her know right away that I was pregnant. It's important to let your aesthetician know this because your skin is super-sensitive during pregnancy and they customize to your needs. She opted for a cleansing, exfoliation, and increased the massage time. Definitely fine by me!

I have to say this was one of the best facials I've ever received. I felt spoiled by the lengthy massage (much needed during pregnancy) and I think I even fell asleep. My skin was absolutely glowing after the facial. I will definitely coming back in the future (after Zoe arrives) to try their other services such as dermaplaning, chemical peels or microdermabrasion.
